摘要
良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)是临床上常见的疾病,多由于耳石(碳酸钙结晶体)从囊斑内脱落并落入半规管内,刺激管内的毛细胞引起动作电位所致。其给患者的生活和工作带来诸多不便。目前临床上,对于BPPV的治疗多采用手法复位,常能取得较好效果,但由于患者具体情况复杂多变,难治性BPPV并不难遇到。鉴于现有文献对于难治性BPPV鲜有报道,笔者现将临床所遇难治性BPPV之一则验案整理如下。
Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV) is a common clinical disease, mostly caused by the otolith(calcium carbonate crystal) falling off the plaque and falling into the semicircular canal, which stimulates hair cells in the tube to cause action potentials.It brings a lot of inconvenience to patients’ life and work. At present, manual reduction of BPPV is often used to treat BPPV, which often achieves good results. However, due to the complex and variability of the patient ’s specific situation, refractory BPPV is not difficult to encounter. In view of the scarce reports of refractory BPPV in the existing literature, the author summarizes one of the clinical trials of refractory BPPV as follows.
