摘要
目的观察中医辨证治疗51例眩晕患者的效果及价值。方法102例眩晕患者随机分观察组及对照组各51例,对照组应用倍他司汀等缓解晕吐,观察组辨证论治:肝阳上亢型15例(29.41%)选天麻钩藤饮加减;瘀血阻络型13例(25.49%)选血府逐瘀汤;肾精不足型10例(19.61%)选左归饮治疗;肾阳不足型6例(11.76%)选金匮肾气方;痰浊中阻型4例(7.84%)选温胆汤;气血亏虚型3例(5.88%)选补中益气汤,每日1剂,14 d为一疗程。结果观察组眩晕缓解时间(4.22±2.46)d、治疗一疗程(14 d)后眩晕发作次数(0.86±0.22)次/周、发作时间(1.02±0.66)h/次低于对照组的(6.98±3.22)d、(1.64±0.73)次/周、(1.90±0.71)h/次(t=3.37,6.35,4.45 P<0.05),治疗总有效率92.16%高于对照组的76.47%(х2=6.24,P<0.05),药物不良反应比较(9.80%VS7.84%)无差异(х2=0.35,P>0.05)结论中医辨证治疗眩晕症可迅速缓解眩晕临床症状,效果明显,值得应用。
Objective To observe the effect and application value of 51 patients with vertigo treated by TCM syndrome differentiation.Methods 102 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group(each 51 cases).Betahistine was used to relieve vomiting in the control group,observation group was treated according to syndrome differentiation:15 cases(29.41%)of hyperactivity of liver Yang were treated with Tianma Gouteng Yin.Thirteen cases(25.49%)of blood stasis obstructing collaterals were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.10 cases(19.61%)of kidney essence deficiency were treated with Zuoguiyin.Kidney Yang deficiency type 6 cases(11.76%)choose Jinkui Kidney Qi Prescription.Four cases(7.84%)of Phlegm-turbidity type were treated with Wendan Decoction,and three cases(5.88%)of Qi-blood deficiency type were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.14 days as a course of treatment Results The improvement time of vertigo symptoms in the observation group(4.22±2.46)days,after a course of treatment(14 days),the frequency of vertigo attack(0.86±0.22)times per week,duration(1.02±0.66)hours/time was lower than control group(6.98±3.22)days,(1.64±0.73)times/week,(1.87±0.84)hours/time(t=3.37,6.35,4.45 P<0.05).The total effective rate 92.16%higher than control group 76.47%(х2=6.24,P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse drug reactions(9.80%VS7.84%)(х2=0.35,P>0.05).Conclusion Syndrome differentiation and treatment of vertigo with traditional Chinese medicine can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of vertigo,the effect is obvious,and it is worthy of application.
