摘要
临床实习能够使得护生对规范的护理思维形成,正确认识护理角色,使得其能够将理论知识向工作能力转化,在护理人才培养中,有着较高的价值。目前临床护理实习教学主要是将护理实习教学当做一种任务,难以较好地控制教学质量,使得实习教学与临床工作之间脱节,影响护理实习生的正常实习,且会增加科室的压力。护理临床实习教学模式改进其客观要求,可促进护理质量的提高,且能够保证护理实习的效果,为高质量护理人才的培养奠定基础。
Clinical practice can make nursing students form standardized nursing thinking, correctly understand the role of nursing,and enable them to transform theoretical knowledge into working ability, which has a high value in the training of nursing talents. At present, clinical nursing practice teaching mainly regards nursing practice teaching as a task, which is difficult to control the quality of teaching better, makes the practice teaching and clinical work disconnected, affects the normal practice of nursing interns, and increases the pressure of departments. Improving the teaching mode of clinical nursing practice can promote the improvement of nursing quality, ensure the effect of nursing practice and lay a foundation for the training of high quality nursing talents.
