摘要
学科建设水平决定医院的核心竞争力,而学科的竞争又是人才的竞争。随着军队大型附属医院体制编制调整改革以及隶属关系的转变,军队医院人才和学科建设发展也将面临历史性的新起点。文章旨在通过对新形势下海军附属医院人才队伍和学科建设的现状分析,结合医院现状,明确新形势下海军附属医院人才队伍和学科建设发展及对策,确定方向以推动医院人才队伍和学科建设的长远发展。
The level of discipline construction determines the core competitiveness of a hospital, while the competition of disciplines is the competition of talents. With the adjustment and reform of the military affiliated hospitals and the transformation of affiliation, the construction and development of military hospital talents and disciplines is also approaching a new historical starting point. By taking the Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University as an example, this paper aims to make clear the development direction and strategies for the long-term growth, through the analysis of the current status of the talent team and discipline construction of navy affiliated hospitals under the new situation.
