摘要
目的运用愚巧法,提升突发公共卫生事件中保洁员的院感防控能力。方法选取2020年1-3月某二甲综合医院保洁员80名,进行基线调研并分析数据。运用愚巧法设计流程,按照项目管理模式,对实施前后保洁员在院感知识知晓率、实践操作、自身防护、现场处置等方面的能力进行对比研究。结果运用愚巧法结合项目管理模式后保洁员在院感知识知晓率、实践操作、自身防护、现场处置4个方面能力明显提高,t值分别为38.22、43.44、40.58、31.10,P<0.01,效果满意。结论运用愚巧法结合项目管理模式,能快速有效提升突发公共卫生事件中保洁员院感防控能力,为医院管理提供一种新的参考模式。
Objective To adopt Poka-Yoke method to improve cleaners’ ability to prevent nosocomial infection during public health emergencies. Methods A total of 80 cleaners in a secondary general hospital from January to March 2020 were selected to conduct a baseline survey, and the data were analyzed. By adopting Poka-Yoke method and based on the project management mode, various abilities of the cleaners were compared before and after the implementation, including their awareness and knowledge of nosocomial infection, practical operation, self-protection, and on-site disposal ability.Results After the application of Poka-Yoke method combined with the project management mode, the four abilities of the cleaners mentioned above were significantly improved, with the T values of 38.22, 43.44, 40.58 and 31.10, respectively, P<0.01, showing statistical significance and satisfactory results. Conclusion The application of Poka-Yoke method combined with project management mode can promptly and effectively improve cleaners’ abilities to prevention and control nosocomial infection during public health emergencies, which thus provides a new reference mode for hospital management.
