摘要
目的探讨手术室护士对感染手术终末消毒知识、信念、行为表现及其影响因素。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月在职的手术室护士88名,采用自制“感染手术终末消毒知信行调查问卷”,了解护士的知识、信念及行为表现,分析筛选其独立影响因素。结果知识影响因素包括工作年限、职称级别、系统化培训(P<0.05);信念影响因素包括系统化培训、职称级别(P<0.05);行为影响因素包括系统化培训、管理层督促强调(P<0.05)。结论明确手术室护士对感染手术终末消毒知信行影响因素,干预措施更具针对性。
Objective To investigate the influence factor on status of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)for terminal disinfection of infectious operation in operating room nurses.Methods To select 88 cases of operating room nurses who were employed from February 2018 to February 2019 as the study subjects.The self-made"KAP survey questionnaire for terminal disinfection of infectious operation"was used to understand the nurses'knowledge,attitude,and practice performances,and to analyze and screen their independent influencing factors.Results The knowledge influence factors included working years,professional title levels,and systematic training(P<0.05);attitude influence factors included systematic training,professional title levels(P<0.05);practice influence factors included systematic training,supervision and emphasis of management layer(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical staff should definite the influencing factors of status of KAP for terminal disinfection of infectious operation,only in that way,the intervention measures would have more targeted.
