摘要
噪声监测是污染类建设项目验收监测重要的组成部分,该文结合实际验收监测工作,详细阐述了污染类建设项目环境保护竣工验收监测工作中噪声标准选取、监测时段、监测点位、监测条件、监测记录以及质量控制等问题进行了探讨,以期指导和规范污染类建设项目噪声达标排放,对提升环保验收监测工作质量和效率具有积极的现实意义。
Noise monitoring is an important part of the acceptance monitoring of pollution construction projects.Combining with the actual acceptance monitoring work,the selection of noise standard,monitoring time,monitoring position,monitoring conditions,monitoring records and quality control in the monitoring work of environmental protection completion acceptance of pollution construction projects are discussed in detail in this paper.The results may guide and standardize the noise emission of pollution construction projects,which has positive practical significance for improving the quality and efficiency of Environmental Protection Acceptance Monitoring.
