摘要
我国工业近些年不断发展,工业废水的排放量也不断增加,一些工业废水并没有达到排放的标准,就被排放到水体中,对于地表水或者地下水都是一种污染,使可利用的水资源越来越少,这样一来,人们的生活和健康都直接受到威胁。城市生活污水处理厂建设项目环境保护竣工验收监测可以对各种工业污染源进行有效的控制。具体的项目投产之后,其产生的污染物的排放要达到国家的相关规定,检验环保的设施要得到有效的运转,使环境监督可以具备更加科学和准确的数据。
