摘要
液压缸在结构强度试验实施过程中广泛应用,针对液压缸标定过程中使用的加载框架的设计问题,提出了一种新型框架设计方案,充分考虑液压缸标定的风险,对框架的接头采用计算机辅助设计以节约成本,同时通过仿真分析对框架进行了强度校核,仿真结果表明,该框架适用于高载液压缸标定,加载安全可靠。
Hydraulic cylinder is widely used in the process of structural strength test. Aiming at the design of loading frame used in calibration of hydraulic cylinder, a new frame design is proposed, which fully considers the risk of hydraulic cylinder calibration, and in which computer aided design is used for the joint of frame in order to save cost. At the same time, the strength of the frame is checked by simulation analysis. The simulation results show that the frame is suitable for calibration of high load hydraulic cylinder, with a safe and reliable loading property.
