摘要 电机系统是新能源汽车的主要动力源,电机系统性能直接影响整车经济性、驾驶感受等。扭矩的准确性以及系统效率的优化依赖于电机与电机控制器的准确标定,通过分析电机控制器的扭矩控制框图,针对标定过程中影响扭矩控制准确性及系统稳定性的因素进行了分析,确定了电机控制器的标定内容和标定方法,通过搭建的测试台架完成了电机与电机控制器的系统标定。通过不同转速及扭矩下的控制测试,验证了标定方法的有效性。 The electric drive system is the main power source of new energy vehicles.The performance of the electric drive system directly affects the vehicle's economy and driving experience.The optimization of torque control accuracy and system efficiency depends on the accurate calibration of the motor and the motor controller.The torque control block diagram of the motor controller is analyzed.The factors affecting the accuracy of the torque control and system stability during the calibration process are analyzed.The calibration content and calibration method of the motor controller are determined.The system calibration of the motor and the motor controller is completed through the built test bench.The effectiveness of the calibration method is verified by control tests at different speeds and torques.
