摘要
目的比较五味子药材、五味子颗粒、五味子糖浆中木质素类成分相对比值的差异,提供全面评价单味中药制剂质量的新思路。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为OMNI BOND C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-水(B),梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为217 nm,进样量为10μL。采用SPSS 18.0统计学软件对五味子药材及其单味制剂中五味子酯甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素相对比值进行分析。结果五味子药材中五味子酯甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素相对比值高于五味子颗粒,五味子糖浆最低。结论该方法可用于五味子药材及其单味制剂的木质素相对含量分析,可为更加全面地评价中药单味制剂的质量提供思路。
Objective To compare the differences in the relative ratio of lignin in Schisandra chinensis products,schisandra granules and schisandra syrup to put forward a way to evaluate the quality of a single herb preparation of Chinese medicine.Methods The samples were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with the column OMNI BOND C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile and water with gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min;the column temperature was 30℃;detection wavelength was 217 nm;the injection wavelength was 10μL.SPSS 18.0 was used to analyze the relative ratios of Schisandrin A,deoxyschizandrin,andγ-Schisandrin in Schisandra chinensis products and its single herb preparations.Results The relative ratio of Schisantherin A,Deoxyschizandrin andγ-Schizandrin in Schisandra chinensis products was higher than that of schisandra granules and schisandra syrup.Conclusion This method can be used to evaluate the relative content of lignin in Schisandra chinensis and its single herb preparations,which can put forward a way to evaluate the quality of a single herb preparation of Chinese medicine.
