摘要
某矿MG200/456WD型电牵引采煤机在开采过程中不仅出现了摇臂压盘用螺栓松动及离合机构异常的问题,而且拖缆装置与调高千斤顶弹性线圈的磨损程度较严重,因此,对该电牵引采煤机出现的故障原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。通过改进后发现,该采煤机不仅满足了井下生产的需求,而且故障率显著降低,安全性和可靠性大大增强。
In the mining process of MG200/456WD type electric traction shearer in a mine,not only the problems of bolt loosening and abnormal clutch mechanism of the rocker arm press,but also the wear degree of the cable towing device and the elastic coil of the adjusting jack are serious.Through the improvement,it is found that the coal mining machine not only meets the demand of underground production,but also the failure rate is significantly reduced,and the safety and reliability are greatly enhanced.
