电牵引采煤机的优化改进及应用

摘要 针对某矿电牵引采煤机在使用过程中存在的问题及故障,进行了原因分析,并针对采煤机行走箱的频繁更换、摇臂的销轴断裂与齿箱损坏、工控机性能不佳以及截割电机受损等故障提出了相应的优化改进措施。改进后的采煤机整机效率得到了提高,不仅减少了故障的发生,且增强了采煤机的可靠性。 In view of the problems and faults existing in the use of electric haulage shearer in a mine,the causes are analyzed,and the corresponding optimization and improvement measures are put forward for the frequent replacement of shearer's traveling box,the broken pin axle of rocker arm and the damage of gear box,the poor performance of industrial computer and the damage of cutting motor.The efficiency of the improved shearer has been improved,which not only reduces the occurrence of faults,but also enhances the reliability of the shearer.
