摘要
设计合成了一种含介晶基元的bola型两亲性分子A,并通过核磁氢谱和质谱对其进行表征.采用电导率仪、透射电镜(TEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)研究bola型两亲性分子A的水溶液在液固界面上的自组装行为.实验结果表明:bola型两亲性分子A的临界胶束浓度(CMC)为3.02×10^-4 mol/L,其在水溶液中可以自组装形成长度为1.0μm、厚度为4.7 nm的棒状胶束结构.
The bolaamphiphile A containing a mesogenic group was designed and synthesized,its structure was characterized by 1H NMR and MS.The self-assembly behavior of the aqueous solutions of bolaamphiphile A at the liquid-solid interface was investigated by conductivity meter,TEM and AFM.The results showed the critical micelle concentrations(CMC)of bolaamphiphile A was 3.02×10^-4 mol/L,and it could form the rod-shaped micellar structure with a length of 1.0μm and a thickness of 4.7 nm in the aqueous solution.
