摘要
随着科学的发展和技术的进步,工程后期运营管理出现了新的辅助工具——BIM技术。在建筑信息化领域里,BIM技术可以说为工程后期运营管理起到了决定性的作用。在采集软件、数据收集等方面,BIM和传统模式相比有着很大的优势。本文通过对传统的数据库和模型挂接的论述,来分析新型可视化运营管理方式的实现可能性。
With the development of science and technology and the progress of various comprehensive skills,a new auxiliary tool-BIM appears in the later stage of project operation management.In the field of construction informatization,BIM technology can play a decisive role in the later operation and management of the project.Compared with the traditional mode,BIM has great advantages in acquisition software,data collection and so on.In this paper,database and model will be discussed to analyze the possibility of the new ways of visual operation and management.
