摘要
对建设项目而言,预算超支现象十分普遍。而缺乏可靠的成本数据是造成成本超支的重要原因。建筑信息模型(BIM)作为一种变革性的生产工具将对建设工程项目的成本核算过程产生深远影响,能有效提高建筑生产过程成本计算的可靠性。首先分析了建筑信息模型对成本计算过程的影响,提出了3种基于BIM的工程项目成本计算的技术方案,并详细分析了每种技术方案的特点,最后,对基于BIM的成本计算过程中的一些关键问题进行了分析和讨论。
It is a common phenomenon for construction projects to overrun its planned budgets where lack of reliable cost data is one of the most important reasons. As a revolutionary tools,building information modeling (BIM) will have deep impacts on costing process. This paper first analyzes the impacts of BIM on costing process, then bring forward 3 different technical ways for costing process with analysis of each characteristics; finally, the paper gives further discussion on some key points of BIM-based costing process.
