摘要
在我国全面深化教育改革的背景下,高职院校素质教育面临重重困境,直接关系到高等职业教育的高质量和特色化发展。作为社会的子系统,高等职业教育领域中的问题,都存在着与其相应的社会根源。本文从社会层面分析了高职院校素质教育的认识困境、实践困境和政策困境,阐述了素质教育困境产生的意识根源、氛围根源、经济根源和制度根源,进而提出相应的对策与突破口。
Under the background of deepening education reform across the country,quality education in higher vocational colleges is confronted with many difficulties,which will directly influence the high-quality and characteristic development of higher vocational education.As the subsystem of the society,many problems in higher vocational education have their corresponding social roots.This paper analyzes the cognitive dilemma,practice dilemma and policy dilemma of quality-oriented education in higher vocational colleges from the social aspect,elaborates the ideological,cultural,economic and institutional roots of the dilemma,and then puts forward the countermeasures.
