普职融通模式构建的困境与突围——基于广西地区三校样本实践的考察 被引量:7

The Dilemma and Breakthrough of the Mode Construction of General and Vocational Education Integration--Based on the Investigation of Three Vocational Schools in Guangxi Region

摘要 在中等职业学校与普通高中融通办学方面,广西地区经过六年时间的探索形成了两校合一、一校两部、两校合作三种典型样态。考察广西地区普职融通模式构建的基本情况,对优化现代职业教育体系、推动新时代职业教育高质量发展具有重要意义。随着教育政策的流变与新型城镇化建设的推进,普职融通模式构建面临着综合素质偏离目标、运行机制不尽完备、评价体系有待改进与支持保障力度不足的困境,尝试从立足全面发展育人目标、优化普职融通内容体系、完善资源共享发展机制、健全综合素质评价体系与供给适切充足运行保障进行突围,以期为职业学校的特色化办学和高质量人才培养提供借鉴。 In the six-year exploration of the integration of secondary vocational schools and ordinary high schools, Guangxi has formed a typical pattern of three kinds of general and vocational education integration modes: one school, two departments and two schools. It is of great significance to investigate the basic situation of the construction of the general and vocational education integration mode in Guangxi to optimize the modern vocational education system and promote the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era. With the development of education policy and the advancement of new urbanization, the construction of general and vocational education integration mode is facing the dilemma of comprehensive quality deviation from the goal, incomplete operation mechanism, evaluation system to be improved and insufficient support. This paper attempts to put forward some countermeasures including basing on the overall development of education objectives, optimizing the content system of general vocational education, improving the resource sharing development mechanism, and improving the comprehensive quality evaluation system and ensuring sufficient operation guarantee, in order to provide reference for the characteristic running of vocational schools and the cultivation of high-quality talents.
