摘要
随着我国环保标准的不断提高,对火电厂提出了全厂废水零排放的要求,其最大的困难就在于脱硫废水高效低成本无害化处理。鄂州电厂在一期工程2×330 MW机组上创造性地采用团聚除尘协同脱硫废水蒸发技术,利用脱硫废水配制团聚剂除尘,有效地解决脱硫废水零排放的难题,同时大幅提高静电除尘器的除尘效率、降低烟气中的SO 3含量。鄂州电厂的成功应用表明,利用团聚除尘协同脱硫废水蒸发技术实现火电厂脱硫废水零排放工艺成熟可靠,投资节省较多,运维费用极低,运行操作简单,设备维护方便,是脱硫废水处理方面的重大创新,具有一定的推广价值。
With the continuous improvement of China’s environmental protection standards,the requirement for zero discharge of wastewater from the whole plant is put forward for thermal power plants.The biggest difficulty lies in the efficient and low-cost harmless treatment of desulfurized wastewater.Ezhou Power Plant creatively adopted the agglomeration and dedusting cooperative desulfurization wastewater evaporation technology on the 2×330 MW unit of the first phase of the project,and used desulfurization wastewater to prepare agglomeration agent for dust removal,which effectively solved the problem of zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater,and greatly improved the dust removal efficiency,reduced the SO 3 content in the flue gas.The successful application of Ezhou Power Plant shows that the process of desulfurization wastewater desulfurization wastewater using agglomeration dust removal synergistic desulfurization wastewater evaporation technology is mature and reliable,with more investment savings,low operation and maintenance costs,simple operation and operation,and convenient equipment maintenance.The major innovation has great promotion value.
