摘要
火力发电厂中胶球清洗装置不仅可以确保凝汽器不锈钢管的快速清洁,还可以保持凝汽器较高的真空和较小的端差。系统自身的收球效率偏低或系统配置不够合理,很容易造成胶球系统的运行出现问题,无法发挥系统清理的重要作用。通过对影响胶球系统的主要因素进行分析,提出胶球系统收球率偏低的治理措施,此措施已取得比较好的效果。
In the thermal power plant,the rubber ball cleaning device can not only ensure the rapid cleaning of the stainless steel tube of the condenser but also maintain a higher vacuum and a slighter terminal temperature difference of the condenser.Due to the low efficiency of ball receiving of the system or its unreasonable configuration,the rubber ball system can easily go wrong and is unable to perform its function in cleaning the system.This paper analyzes the main influencing factors of the rubber ball system and puts forward measures of treatment for its low ball receiving rate,which have proved effective.
