摘要
饲料行业是近年来发展较快的一个工业行业,随着饲料行业的快速发展,企业所需人才的数量在逐步加大,但很多企业因为自身或管理者的问题,在人才方面存在很大困境,本文主要运用双因素理论,结合激励因素和保健因素分析饲料企业在人才激励机制建设和优化上存在的突出问题,并运用该理论针对这些问题提出有参考价值的建议,希望通过本文的研究,为饲料企业的人才激励机制优化提供更多参考。
Feed industry is an industrial industry with rapid development in recent years.With the rapid development of feed industry,the number of talents required by its enterprises is gradually increasing,but many enterprises have great difficulties in talents because of their own or managers’problems.This paper mainly uses the two factor theory,combined with incentive factors and health factors,to analyze feed separately There are some outstanding problems in the construction and optimization of talent incentive mechanism in enterprises,and some valuable suggestions are put forward by using this theory to improve these problems,hoping to provide more reference for the optimization of talent incentive mechanism in feed enterprises through the research of this paper.
