摘要
本文旨在研究银耳多糖(TP)对断奶仔猪肠道健康的调节作用。试验选取20头遗传背景一致、健康状况良好、胎次和体重接近的21日龄断奶仔猪,随机分为对照组(饲喂基础饲粮)和TP组(基础饲粮中添加0.4%TP),每个处理10个重复,每个重复1头猪。预饲期3 d,试验期为21 d。试验结果:与对照组相比,TP组仔猪肠绒毛高度和绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值显著提高(P<0.05),仔猪空肠隐窝深度有降低趋势(P=0.083),仔猪空肠淀粉酶、脂肪酶和乳糖酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),仔猪盲肠食糜总菌和大肠杆菌数量显著降低(P<0.05)。以上研究表明,日粮补充0.4%的银耳多糖可显著改善断奶仔猪空肠形态、提高空肠黏膜消化酶活性,调节仔猪盲肠菌群结构,促进肠道健康发育。
The aim of this experiment was to study the regulatory effect of tremella polysaccharide(TP)on intestinal health of weaned piglets.Twenty 21-day-old weaned piglets with the same genetic background,good health,parity and body weight were randomly divided into control group(fed basic diet)and TP group(0.4%TP supplementation to basic diet).There were 10 replicates in each treatment and 1 pig in each replicate.The pre-feeding period was 3 days and the experimental period was 21 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,TP group significantly increased the intestinal villus height and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth of piglets.TP group had a tendency to reduce the jejunal crypt depth of piglets(P<0.083).TP group significantly increased the activities of amylase,lipase and lactase in jejunum of piglets.TP group decreased the number of total bacteria and Escherichia coli in cecum of piglets.This study showed that dietary supplementation of 0.4%tremella polysaccharides significantly improved the morphology of jejunum,increased the activity of digestive enzymes in jejunal mucosa,regulated the structure of cecal microbial community structure and promoted the healthy development of intestinal tract in weaned piglets.
