摘要
为提高招聘效率及质量,满足医院发展对人员、人才的要求,笔者结合目前公立医院人员招聘的现状,阐述了PDCA循环在某公立医院人员招聘中的应用,并针对其存在的不足提出了改进策略,以期促进招聘环节的优化,为实现良好的人力资源管理奠定基础。
To improve the efficiency and quality of recruitment and meet the requirements of personnel and talents for hospital development,the paper explores the effect of PDCA Circle in the recruitment of personnel based on the current situations of personnel recruitment,and puts forward measures according to the problems in the process so as to optimize the recruitment process and lay a foundation for achieving good human resource management.
