摘要
目的探讨sysmex XN-2000血细胞分析仪体液模式在浆膜腔积液样本中计数的应用。方法收集136例临床患者的浆膜腔积液标本,分别用XN-2000血细胞分析仪的体液模式和手工显微镜法进行计数。按手工计数结果分为A组(≤100×106个/L)和B组(>100×106个/L),分别进行统计学分析。结果XN-2000血细胞分析仪在测定浆膜腔积液计数时精密性良好,A组与B组中两种方法均呈正相关,Spearman相关系数分别为0.913、0.998,线性回归方程依次为y=0.964x-3.213,y=0.988x-14.433。结论XN-2000全自动血细胞分析仪操作简单迅速,结果准确可靠,可用于浆膜腔积液有核细胞计数检测,但不能完全取代手工检测。
Objective To investigate the application of sysmex XN-2000 blood cell analyzer humoral model in the counting of serous cavity effusion samples.Methods Serous cavity effusion specimens of 136 clinical patients were collected and counted by the humoral model of XN-2000 blood cell analyzer and the manual microscope method respectively.According to the results of manual counting,they were divided into group A(≤100×106/L)and group B(>100×106/L)for statistical analysis,respectively.Results The XN-2000 blood cell analyzer has good precision in the determination of serous effusion count.There was a positive correlation between the two methods in group A and group B.The spearman correlation coefficients are 0.913 and 0.998,respectively.The linear regression equation was y=0.964x-3.213,y=0.988x-14.433.Conclusion The XN-2000 automatic blood cell analyzer has simple and rapid operation,accurate and reliable results,and can be used for nucleated cell count detection of serous cavity effusion,but can not completely replace manual detection.
