摘要
目的观察穴位按压干预对缓解混合痔患者围手术期焦虑情绪、改善生理指标及患者满意度的影响。方法选取2019年1—6月于成都医学院第一附属医院治疗的混合痔围手术期患者508例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组254例。两组患者分别于术前120、60、30 min监测血压、心率及给予常规护理;同时,试验组在对照组基础上实施穴位按压。两组患者均在术前30 min运用贝克焦虑量表(BAI)进行焦虑程度测量;对两组患者血压、心率、焦虑程度评分及满意度评分进行比较。结果两组患者术前120 min血压、心率均在正常值范围,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者术前60 min血压、心率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术前30 min血压、心率及焦虑程度评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者出院当天满意度问卷调查表明,试验组满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论混合痔围手术期患者在穴位按压干预下,手术均顺利进行,且焦虑情绪缓解,生理指标稳定,住院满意度提高。
Objective To observe the effect of acupressure intervention on relieving perioperative anxiety,improving physiological indicators and patient satisfaction in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 508 patients with mixed hemorrhoids during perioperative period who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from January to June 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 254 patients in each group.Blood pressure and heart rate were monitored 120,60 and 30 min before surgery and routine nursing was given to patients in the two groups.Meanwhile,acupressure was applied in the experimental group on the basis of the control group.The baker anxiety Scale(BAI)was used to measure the degree of anxiety in both groups 30 min before surgery.Blood pressure,heart rate,anxiety scores and satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results Blood pressure and heart rate scores of the two groups were within the normal range 120 min before surgery,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were compared 60 min before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Blood pressure,heart rate and anxiety scores of the two groups were compared 30 min before surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).A questionnaire survey was conducted on patient satisfaction on the day of discharge,and the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupressure intervention for patients with mixed hemorrhoids during perioperative period can ensure smooth operation,relieve patient's anxiety,stabilize the physiological indicators,and improve patient's satisfaction in hospital.
