摘要
目的探讨积极情绪认知治疗联合音乐放松治疗对卒中患者抑郁和焦虑情绪的影响。方法将40例脑卒中患者分为实验组和对照组统一进行临床常规治疗和康复治疗,同时给予实验组积极情绪认知治疗和音乐放松治疗干预六周。采用贝克焦虑量表(Beck Anxiety Inventory,BAI)和贝克抑郁量表(Beck Depression Inventory,BDI)评估患者治疗前后焦虑抑郁情绪变化。采用卡方检验、独立样本t检验比较实验组和对照组的一般资料和临床资料,使用配对样本t检验对两组治疗前后BAI和BDI分数进行比较。结果①治疗前,实验组和对照组BAI和BDI得分无明显差异;②治疗后,实验组BAI和BDI得分显著下降,均较对照组低(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后的BAI及BDI得分无显著差异。结论积极情绪认知治疗联合音乐放松治疗能显著改善脑卒中患者的抑郁焦虑情绪。
Objective To investigate the effects of combined emotion congnitive therapy and music relax therapy on depressive mood and anx iety in post-stroke patients.Methods All the 40 post-stroke patients were divided into the emotion cognitive&music therapy group and control group,receiving clinical routine treatment and rehabilitation treatment.The experimental group partic ipated in the emotion cognitive&music therapy program for 6 weeks.Psychological status was evaluated with the Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI)and Beck Depression Inventory(BDI)before and after emotion cognitive&music therapy.Chi-square tests and two-sample independent t-tests were used to compare the general information and clinical information of patients.Paired sample t tests were performed to assess the difference in scores of BAI and BDI before and after therapy.Results①Before therapy,there was no difference in the scores of BAI and BDI in the experimental group and control group.②At the end of emotion cognitive&music therapy,both the scores of BAI and BDI in the experimental group showed significant decrease,which were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the scores of BAI and BDI in control group.Conclusion Emotion cognitive&music therapy had a positive effect on mood for post-stroke patients and may be beneficial for mood im provement with stroke.
