摘要
目的:探讨持续质量改进模式在经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)患者护理中的应用效果。方法:2017年4月-2019年5月收治行PICC患者150例,按入院时间分为两组,各75例。对照组采取常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上实施持续质量改进。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组一次性穿刺成功率及一次性置管成功率均显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,导管留置时间显著长于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将持续质量改进应用于PICC患者护理中,可有效提高置管效果,缩短住院时间,同时降低置管并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement model(CQI) in the nursing of patients with PICC.Methods:From April 2017 to May 2019,150 patients with PICC were selected,and they were divided into two groups with 75 cases in each group according to the admission time.The control group was given routine care.The observation group was given continuous quality improvement on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the success rate of one-time puncture and one-time catheterization was significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,the indwelling time of catheter was significantly longer than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous quality improvement applied to the nursing of PICC patients can effectively improve the effect of catheterization,shorten the length of stay,and reduce the incidence of complications.
