摘要
目的探讨分析在腹膜透析置管术中运用持续硬膜外麻醉的初步效果及安全性.方法选取60例行腹膜透析治疗患者应用随机分组方式按照1∶1比例分为对照组与观察组,每组患者均为30例,对照组采用局部麻醉,观察组采用持续硬膜外麻醉,对两组患者手术时间、术中出血量以及切皮与术后VAS评分进行记录比较.结果两组患者均顺利进行手术,观察组在手术时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);出血量低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);切皮及术后VAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论持续硬膜外麻醉在腹膜透析置管术中具有良好应用效果,无明显手术及麻醉并发症,安全性较高,临床可应用借鉴.
Objective This paper aims to explore and analyze the preliminary efect and safety of continuous epidural anesthesia in peritoneal dialysis catheterization.Methods 60 patients with peritoneal dialysis were randomly divided into control group and obser-vation group according to the ratio of 1:1.30 patients in each group were given local anesthesia in the control group and continuous epidural anesthesia in the observation group.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and VAS score of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results Both groups of patients were scessfully operated.The observation group had shorter operation time than the control group,the diference was staistically significant(P<0.05);the bleeding volume was lower than the control group,which was stistically significant(P<0.05);Postoperative VAS scores were lower than the control group,the diference was staistically significant(P<0.05).Concdusion Continuous epidural anesthesia has a good application effect in peritoneal dialysis catheterization.There are no obvious surgical and anesthesia complications.It is safe and can be used for clinical application.
