摘要
目的:分析延续护理模式联合中医健康教育应用于高血压护理中对慢性疾病管理自我效能的影响。方法:2016年2月-2018年8月收治高血压患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预;观察组在常规护理干预基础上采用延续护理模式联合中医健康教育护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组护理后自我管理效能评分高于对照组,舒张压与收缩压水平均低于对照组,生活治疗总评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续护理模式联合中医健康教育应用于高血压护理中利于提高慢性疾病管理自我效能,改善生活质量,维持血压水平稳定。
Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous nursing model combined with traditional Chinese medicine health education in hypertension nursing on self-efficacy of chronic disease management.Methods:From February 2016 to August 2018,80 patients with hypertension were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention.The observation group used continuous nursing model combined with traditional Chinese medicine health education nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The score of self-management efficacy after nursing in the observation group was higher than the control group,the levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the total score of life treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of continuous nursing model combined with traditional Chinese medicine health education in hypertension nursing can improve the self-efficacy of chronic disease management,improve the quality of life and maintain the stability of blood pressure.
