摘要
目的:探究CT联合MRI对子宫内膜癌诊断准确率的影响。方法:选取我院2018年1月-2019年7月收治的60例子宫内膜癌患者和60例正常人作为研究对象,所有入选者均行CT、MRI检查,比较CT、MRI单独检查与联合检查的灵敏度、特异度以及准确度。结果:以病理诊断作为金标准,CT检出阳性43例、阴性58例,灵敏度、特异度以及准确度分别为71.67%、96.67%、84.17%;MRI检出阳性47例、阴性57例,灵敏度、特异度以及准确度分别为78.33%、95.0%、86.67%;CT联合MRI检出阳性55例、阴性59例,灵敏度、特异度以及准确度分别为91.67%、98.33%、95.0%,联合检查的灵敏度、准确度均高于单一检查(P<0.05)。结论:采用CT联合MRI能够提高子宫内膜癌的检出灵敏度及特异度。
Objective:To explore the effect of CT combined with MRI on the accuracy of endometrial cancer diagnosis.Methods:Sixty patients with endometrial cancer and 60 normal persons admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects.All the enrolled patients underwent CT and MRI examinations.CT and MRI alone and joint examinations were compared.Sensitivity,specificity and accuracy.Results:Taking pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,43 cases were positive and 58 cases were negative,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were:71.67%,96.67%,84.17%;47 cases were positive and 57 cases were negative by MRI.The specificity and accuracy were:78.33%,95.0%,and 86.67%;CT and MRI detected 55 positive cases and 59 negative cases.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy were:91.67%,98.33%,95.0%,combined The sensitivity and accuracy of the inspection are higher than the single inspection(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of CT combined with MRI can improve the detection sensitivity and specificity of endometrial cancer.
