摘要
目的:研究中药熏洗联合温针灸治疗风寒湿型肩周炎的临床效果。方法:2017年11月-2018年11月收治风寒湿型肩周炎患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。参照组给予温针灸治疗;试验组给予中药熏洗联合温针灸治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率、VAS评分、肩关节后伸度、肩关节屈度及肩关节外展度均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合温针灸治疗风寒湿型肩周炎,效果显著。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:From November2017 to November 2018,74 cases of wind-cold-dampness scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.The clinical effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate,VAS score,posterior extension of shoulder joint,flexion degree of shoulder joint and abduction degree of shoulder joint in the experimental group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness scapulohumeral periarthritis.
