摘要
目的:探讨走罐结合刺络拔罐及毫火针治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:收治肩周炎患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予毫火针针刺治疗,观察组在此基础上联合走罐及刺络拔罐治疗。结果:观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:走罐结合刺络拔罐及毫火针治疗肩周炎的疗效显著,且3个月后远期疗效较好。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of cupping combined with cupping and fire needle on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:84 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 42 cases in each.The control group was treated with the fire needle,and the observation group combined the cupping therapy and fire needle.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cupping combined with puncture,cupping and milled fire needle is effective in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis,and the long-term effect is better after 3 months.
