摘要
目的:研究阶段性康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者微创术后疗效及生存质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1-8月接受射频联合硬膜外前间隙臭氧水液压微创治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例,按就诊顺序分为两组,各50例。对照组应用常规护理;试验组在常规护理基础上实施阶段性康复训练。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组术后疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组功能恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后1年复发率低于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阶段性康复训练能够有效减轻腰椎间盘突出症微创术后患者的疼痛,缩短术后功能恢复时间,降低术后复发率,改善患者生活质量。
Objective:To study the effect of phased rehabilitation training on the efficacy and quality of life after minimally invasive operation of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:From January 2018 to August 2018,100 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated by radiofrequency combined with ozone water pressure minimally invasive treatment of spinal epidural space were selected,they were divided into two groups according to order of visits with 50 cases in each group.The control group applied conventional nursing and the experimental group carried out phased rehabilitation training on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The postoperative pain score of the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The functional recovery time of the experimental group was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The one year’s postoperative recurrence rate in the experimental group was lower than the control group and the quality of life score was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phased rehabilitation training can effectively alleviate the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation after minimally invasive surgery,shorten the recovery time of postoperative function,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life of patients.
