摘要
目的:研究翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法:2018年4月-2019年4月收治原发性翼状胬肉患者62例,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,各31例。对照组实施翼状胬内切除术治疗;研究组实施翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:研究组治愈率高于对照组,并发症发生率及复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后泪膜破裂时间与角膜散光度均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉,效果确切,且安全可靠,具有较为理想的近期与远期疗效。
Objective:To study the effect of pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,62 patients with primary pterygium were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pterygium excision.The study group was treated with pterygium excision combined with autogenous limbal stem cell transplantation.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The cure rate of the study group was higher than the control group,and the complication rate and recurrence rate were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The tear film rupture time and corneal dispersion of the two groups after treatment were better than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pterygium excision combined with autogenous limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium,the effect is accurate,safe and reliable,and it has relatively ideal short-term and long-term curative effect.
