摘要
目的:观察腹腔镜手术治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床效果及并发症发生率。方法:2018年1-12月收治粘连性肠梗阻患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组实施常规开腹手术治疗;研究组实施腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组临床指标水平及并发症发生率。结果:研究组术中出血量、手术时间、肛门排气时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗粘连性肠梗阻,临床效果显著,可减少并发症发生率,安全可靠。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect and incidence of complications of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods:From January to December 2018,86 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional open surgery and the study group underwent laparoscopic surgery.The clinical indicator levels and incidence of complications between two groups were compared.Results:The amount of bleeding loss during surgery,operative time,anal exhaust time and incidence of complications in the study group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction has a significant clinical effect,which can reduce the incidence of complications and it is safe and reliable.
