摘要
目的:观察2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平变化及原因。方法:选取2型糖尿病合并高血压患者120例作为A组,高血压患者80例作为B组,再选取健康体检者70例作为C组。测量三组血压水平,采用循环酶法测定三组血清同型半胱氨酸水平,应用全自动生化分析仪检测三组空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平。结果:A组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白及血清同型半胱氨酸等指标水平均高于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清同型半胱氨酸水平在糖尿病合并高血压中发挥着重要作用;2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平变化与患者血糖、糖代谢以及血压升高具有一定联系。
Objective:To explore the changes of serum homocysteine level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension and causes.Methods:120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension were selected as group A,80 patients with hypertension as group B,and 70 healthy people as group C.We measured blood pressure levels in three groups.The level of serum homocysteine in three groups was measured by circulating enzyme method.We used automatic biochemical analyzer to detect fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in three groups.Results:In group A,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and serum homocysteine were higher than those in group B and C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum homocysteine plays an important role in diabetes mellitus with hypertension.In the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension,the changes of serum homocysteine level are related to blood glucose,glucose metabolism and blood pressure rise.
