摘要
目的:分析根管治疗后牙周治疗时机的选择对牙周牙髓联合病变治疗效果的影响。方法:2018年4月-2019年4月收治牙周牙髓联合病变患者90例,随机分为三组,各30例。甲组、乙组、丙组分别于根管治疗后1周、2~3周、4~6周开展牙周治疗。比较三组临床疗效后。结果:三组治疗后6个月牙周深度、龈周出血指数、牙齿松动程度均明显优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但组间比较后,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:不同时间段开展牙周治疗对牙周牙髓联合病变患者的疗效无显著影响。
Objective:To analyze the influence of the choice of periodontal treatment timing on the therapeutic effect of periodontal-endodontic combined lesions after root canal therapy.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,90 cases of patients with periodontal-endodontic combined lesions were selected,and they were randomly divided into three groups,30 cases in each group.Periodontal treatment respectively was carried out in group A,group B and group C at 1 week,2 to 3 weeks and 4 to 6 weeks after root canal treatment.The clinical efficacy of the three groups was compared.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the depth of periodontal,the peripheral hemorrhage index of the gingiva,and the degree of looseness of the teeth were significantly better than before the treatment in the three groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).But the differences among groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effect rate of the three groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:Periodontal treatment at different time periods has no significant effect on the clinical therapeutic effect of periodontal-endodontic combined lesions.
