摘要
以某电厂300 MW机组选择性催化还原脱硝为例,进行格栅优化研究。将左右侧烟道分为6个喷氨区域,对其进行变负荷工况试验,以获得各种工况下每个喷氨区域调门的最佳开度。结果表明,该研究成果能够克服机组在变工况情况下脱硝喷氨控制系统调节品质较差的问题,使得选择性催化还原脱硝反应器脱硝效率始终大于90%以上,同时控制反应器出口氨逃逸率在3 mg/m3以下,具有很好的运行效果和推广价值。
Based on the Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)of a 300 MWunit,the optimization of the grid is studied.In order to obtain the optimal opening of the control valve in each ammonia injection area under various working conditions,the left and right flues are divided into six ammonia injection areas and tested under variable loads.The results show that the research findings can help to improve the poor regulation quality of the control system of denitration and ammonia injection of the unit under variable operating conditions,so that the denitration efficiency of SCR denitration reactor is always kept over 90%,and the ammonia escape rate at the outlet of the reactor is controlled below 3mg/m3,which has good operation effect and promotion value.
