摘要
针对火电机组锅炉引风机、增压风机合并改造后管网烟道系统的优化问题,提出了以数值模拟为核心,结合工程实际改造经验,进行综合评估的管网优化设计方法,并将其应用于300 MW机组引风机的改造工程中。改造后,烟道阻力在满负荷下由468Pa降至了193Pa,吸收塔入口烟气流动均匀性得到改善,风机节能效果显著。
Against the flue duct optimization after integration of induced draft fan and booster fan in thermal power plants,a numerical simulation based design method combining with the practical retrofitting experi-ence for flue duct optimization was put forward and then applied in the induced fan retrofitting for a 300 MW unit.The results show that optimizing the flue arrangement and adding appropriate guide plates lead to a pronounced energy-saving effect with reduced flue losses as well as improved flow uniformity at the inlet of the absorbing tower.
