摘要
介绍了DVD盒的手工生产流程,利用PLC和触摸屏进行软硬件设计,实现DVD盒自动化生产,给出DVD盒自动化生产线控制系统的部分触摸屏界面,工作时序图和流程图。实践证明,系统运行稳定,操作简便,满足设计的要求,值得推广应用。
This paper introduces the application of PLC and touch - panel in automatic product line for DVD plate. Manual process and design scheme of software and hardware about the automatic product line have been introduced. Time - order chart, flow chart, many interfaces were given. The result has proved that the system works stable, easy to be operated, well satisfies customer; s request and values to be wide-used.
