摘要
针对MG300/700-WD型采煤机齿轨轮断齿问题,采用ProE三维绘图软件和ANASYS15.0有限元分析软件,建立齿轨轮的三维模型,仿真计算其工作过程中的应力状态,得出齿轨轮极易出现断齿的位置分布,并提出齿轨轮断齿问题的改进措施,以延长采煤机的使用寿命、提高煤炭企业的经济效益。
Aiming at the tooth breaking problem of gear rail wheel of MG300/700-WD type shearer, using ProE 3D drawing software and ANASYS15.0 finite element analysis software, the 3D model of gear rail wheel is established, the stress state in its working process is simulated and calculated, the position distribution of gear rail wheel is easy to appear, and the improvement measures of gear breaking problem are put forward to prolong the service life of shearer and improve the economic benefit of coal enterprises.
