摘要
在分析煤矿巷道围岩结构特征的基础上,对巷道顶板和两帮的支护方案进行了详细分析和研究,利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件计算了锚杆预紧力、锚索结构形式对锚固支护效果的影响,得到了最优的锚固技术参数。将设计的煤矿巷道支护技术方案应用到实践中,通过实际监测发现巷道顶板和两帮的位移变形量均控制在了合理范围内,取得了较好的应用效果。
Based on the analysis of the surrounding rock structure characteristics of the coal mine roadway, the support schemes of the roof and the two sides of the roadway are analyzed and studied in detail. The FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to calculate the pre-tightening force of the anchor rod and the anchor cable structure form.The effect of the support effect obtained the optimal anchoring technical parameters. The designed technical scheme of coal mine roadway support was applied to practice. Through actual monitoring, it was found that the displacement and deformation of the roadway roof and the two sides were controlled within a reasonable range, and a good application effect was obtained.
