摘要
随着煤矿深部开采逐渐发展,巷道断面不断扩大以满足煤矿运输及通风要求,成为当前煤炭生产的主要趋势,但巷道断面扩大也造成其支护难度逐渐增大,后期维护成本高等问题。本文以铜川矿区某矿530水平进风斜巷为研究背景,通过数值模拟方法监测巷道围岩应力及变形情况。当前支护措施巷道围岩破坏严重,提出利用U29型大刚度支架做二次补强支护,以控制巷道破坏。
With the development of deep mining in coal mine,the section of roadway is expanding to meet the requirements of transportation and ventilation in coal mine.However,the expansion of roadway section also causes the difficulty of support and the increase of maintenance cost in the later stage.Taking the intake inclined roadway in+530 level as the research background,the stress and deformation of roadway surrounding rock were analyzed by numerical simulation method.Due to the serious destruction of roadway surrounding rock under the current support condition,U29 large rigidity support was proposed to be used as secondary reinforcement support to ensure the safety of the roadway.
