摘要
目的分解出高效降解聚苯乙烯塑料的菌群。方法以黄粉虫幼虫为研究对象,饲养的黄粉虫分为实验组和对照组,实验组饲喂聚苯乙烯泡沫,对照组饲喂麦麸,试验周期为60 d。60 d后无菌取其肠道制作黄粉虫肠道提取液,采用连续稀释分离法和平板划线分离法进行菌落筛选,最终将筛选后的5种菌接种到加有聚苯乙烯膜片的查氏液体培养基中,观察5种菌对膜片的降解情况。结果黄粉虫不仅要啮食聚苯乙烯泡沫,而且以聚苯乙烯泡沫为主食的黄粉虫大多数能存活2个月以上,筛选出的5种菌对聚苯乙烯泡沫也具有降解作用,且降解率最高的分别为SC1和SC2。结论黄粉虫幼虫肠道中确实存在降解聚苯乙烯的菌株,具有开发降解聚苯乙烯的潜力。
Objectie Decomposition of the flora of highly degradable polystyrene plastics.Methods To study the larvae of tenebrio molitor,they were divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental larvae were fed with polystyrene foam and the control larvae were fed with wheat gluten for 60 d.After 60 d,their intestines were taken out to make the intestinal extract under aseptic conditions,the bacteria were screened by continuous dilution separation method and plate marking separation method.Finally,the five kinds of bacteria were inoculated into Cha's liquid medium with polystyrene diaphragm.The degradation of diaphragm by five kinds of bacteria was observed.Results Tenebrio molitor not only ingests polystyrene foam,but also most of them that fed on polystyrene foam can survive for more than 2 months.The five selected bacteria also had degradation effect on polystyrene foam,and the bacteria with the highest degradation rate were SC1 and SC2,respectively.Conclusion There are bacteria that degrade polystyrene in the intestinal of Tenebrio molitor larvae,which have the potential to develop and degrade polystyrene.
