摘要
目的分析门诊药房处方前置审核在儿科的应用效果。方法调取我院2019年1~6月未实施处方前置审核系统进行处方点评的儿科处方12320张及2019年7~12月门诊实施该系统后进行处方点评的儿科处方16556张,比较实施处方前置审核系统前后处方合格情况及不合理用药情况。结果实施处方前置审核系统后,我院儿科门诊总不合理处方由上半年的230(1.87%)张,下降至下半年的105(0.63%)张,降幅为66.31%;其中不规范处方、用药不适宜处方和超常处方分别下降了17.72%、68.42%和89.19%,下半年不合理处方率低于上半年(P<0.05)。结论处方前置审核可有效提高审核效率,降低处方不合格率,转变药学服务模式,规范医师开药行为,保障患者用药安全。
Objective To analyze the application effect of pre-review of prescriptions in outpatient pharmacy in pediatrics.Methods From January to June 2019,12,320 pediatric prescriptions that were not reviewed by the prescription pre-review system in our hospital were transferred,and 16,556 pediatric prescriptions were reviewed by the outpatient department from July to December 2019 after the implementation of the system,compare the pre-review and unreasonable use of prescriptions before and after implementing the pre-prescription review system.Results After implementing the pre-prescription review system,the total unreasonable prescriptions in the pediatric outpatient department of our hospital decreased from 230(1.87%)in the first half of the year to 105(0.63%)in the second half of the year,a decrease of 66.31%;Unsuitable prescriptions and over-the-counter prescriptions decreased by 17.72%,68.42%and 89.19%,respectively.The unreasonable prescription rate in the second half of the year was lower than that in the first half of the year(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-prescription review can effectively improve the review efficiency,reduce the rate of unqualified prescriptions,change the pharmacy service mode,standardize the behavior of doctors to prescribe medication,and ensure the safety of patients'medication.
