摘要
医疗机构现有的门诊处方管理手段都存在各自的不足之处,不能从根本上杜绝患者用药风险,因此有必要建立事前审方管理。我们设想利用医生工作站,通过在信息系统中设置"打印障碍"和"缴费障碍"关卡,建立"自动刷新"和"去重复审核"功能改进从医生开具处方到药师调剂药品的流程,确保处方合格、规范,提高了患者用药的科学性、规范性和安全性。
It is of necessity to establish pre-prescription review management system because current outpatient prescription management methods are unable to eliminate drug use risks due to their own defects. The adding of ＂print error＂, ＂payment error＂, ＂auto refresh＂ and ＂de-repetltion review＂ functions in the information system could improve the process from prescription to drug dispensing to ensure valid and standard prescription and promote scientific, normal and safe drug use.
