摘要
肺部影像学检查在新型冠状病毒肺炎病例的筛查及诊断中有着重要的作用,传统工作模式的CT诊疗设备多位于固定场所,在患者及时给予现场诊治方面具有一定的局限性,且可能因为患者在转运过程中增加交叉感染的风险。移动CT诊疗车具有较强的灵活性和机动性,可实现现场快速检查,减少患者转运。在本次新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控中,移动CT诊疗车发挥其灵活机动性的优点,为避免交叉感染,保障医疗安全,发挥了重要作用。本文对本次疫情期间移动CT诊疗车的人员配置、检查流程、清洁消毒及医疗废物处置等方面的工作经验进行总结,以期为同行提供参考。
Pulmonary imaging examinations play an important role in the screening and diagnosis of new coronavirus pneumonia cases.The CT diagnosis and treatment equipment of traditional working modes are mostly located in fixed places,which has certain limitations in terms of timely on-site diagnosis and treatment of patients.Patients increase the risk of cross infection during transit.The mobile CT diagnosis and treatment vehicle has strong flexibility and maneuverability,which can realize rapid on-site inspection and reduce patient transfer.In the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic,the mobile CT diagnosis and treatment vehicle exerts its advantages of flexibility and mobility,and plays an important role in avoiding cross infection and ensuring medical safety.This article summarizes the work experience in the staffing,inspection process,cleaning and disinfection and medical waste disposal of mobile CT diagnosis and treatment vehicles during the outbreak,in order to provide reference for peers.
