摘要
某型号柴油发动机曲轴在台架实验运行约840小时后发生断裂,采用宏观检查、微观检查、金相组织检查、材料化学分析、材料力学性能检验等方法进行了失效分析,分析结果表明:曲轴在复杂工况下产生了疲劳断裂,疲劳裂纹起始于R角凸肩边缘1.5mm处,该位置存在粗大的魏氏组织降低了曲轴的抗疲劳强度。
The crankshaft of a certain type of diesel engine fractured after about 840 hours of bench test operation. Failure analysis was performed using methods such as macro inspection, micro inspection, metallographic inspection, material chemical analysis, and material mechanical performance inspection. Fatigue fracture occurred under the working condi-tions, and the fatigue crack started at 1.5 mm of the R-angle shoulder edge, where the presence of coarse Weiss structure reduced the fatigue strength of the crankshaft.
