摘要
为预测42CrMoA曲轴钢中SiO2-Al2O3-MnO系夹杂物具有良好塑性变形能力的成分控制范围,利用热力学计算软件Factsage对1873 K下42CrMoA曲轴钢钢液与SiO2-Al2O3-MnO系夹杂物间的平衡进行计算。结果表明:为得到塑性变形良好的SiO2-Al2O3-MnO系夹杂物,应控制SiO2-Al2O3-MnO三元系夹杂物中15wt%~60wt%SiO2,17wt%~75wt%MnO,Al2O3<30%,ω(MnO)/ω(SiO2)值为0.28~5。与之平衡时钢液中酸溶铝[Al]s含量应小于2.50×10-4,溶解氧含量小于3×10-5。
In order to predict the composition range of SiO2-A1203-MnO inclusions with good deformability in the 42CrMoA crankshaft steel, the equilibrium between molten steel and SiO2-AI203-MnO inclusions were calculated using the thermodynamics calculation sofcware Factsage at 1873 K. The results show that the component of SiO2-A1203-MnO inclusions with higher plasticity should be composed by 15%-60% SIO2, 17%-75% MnO, A12O3〈30% and w (MnO)/to (SIO2)=0.28-5. Aluminum content would be less than 2.50x10-4, and the oxygen content would be less than 3x105 in molten steel when the reaction between the inclusion and liquid steel reaches equilibrium.
