摘要
针对酒钢镜铁山矿桦树沟低品位难选V铁矿石,采用X射线智能分选机对V矿体块矿进行了预选抛废处理,对不同粒级样品进行了手工分拣、探索性试验、条件试验和验证试验。试验结果表明:V矿体A1(15-45mm)矿样验证试验抛废率为12.79%时,可取得尾矿品位为10.15%、金属回收率为94.55%、品位提高2.01个百分点的指标;V矿体A2(45-100mm)矿样验证试验抛废率为16.16%时,可取得尾矿品位为10.42%、金属回收率为92.97%、品位提高2.61个百分点的指标;V矿体A3(15-100mm)矿样验证试验抛废率为17.28%时,可取得尾矿品位为11.26%、金属回收率为91.83%、品位提高2.62个百分点的指标。
X-ray intelligent separator was applied to conduct waste discarding pre-concentration for the low-grade refractory V iron ore body from Huashugou of Jingtieshan Mine of JISCO,and manual sorting,exploratory test,conditional test and verification test for various-size samples were carried out also.The test results showed:while the waste discarding ratio of the V ore body A1 (15 ~ 45 mm) sample being 12.79% in verification test,the indexes involving 10.15% tailings grade,94.55% metal recovery and 2.01 percentage point increase in grade were obtained;while the waste discarding ratio of the V ore body A2 (45 ~ 100 mm) sample being 16.16% in verification test,the indexes involving 10.42% tailings grade,92.97% metal recovery and 2.61 percentage point increase in grade were obtained;while the waste discarding ratio of the V ore body A3 (15 ~ 100 mm) sample being 17.28% in verification test,the indexes involving 11.26% tailings grade,91.83% metal recovery and 2.62 percentage point increase in grade were obtained.
